WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:


  • Join a high growth R&D Engineering team that is passionate about growth and development within our High-Density Liquid Cooling product line.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Architects and help generate product architecture and product requirement document (PRD].
  • Liaison with technical leaders and guide larger multi-functional project team for design, development and launch of products through phase gate process.
  • Own the development of test plans, design of experiments (DOE) and new test beds based on the physics of failure and expected use behavior.
  • Assist engineering and manufacturing teams with DFMEAs, PFMEA, DFM etc. to help identify high-risk failure modes early in design life cycle.
  • Identify sub-components that should be subject to endurance and fatigue testing (Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT).
  • Work with external vendors on manufacturing, process, and component performance and reliability requirements.
  • Work with customers, industry leaders and represent in leading standard bodies (ASHRAE, OCP etc.) for generating technological evolution and R&D needs.
  • Bring the “designed for Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability” approach.
  • Comfortable leading from low-level single component design to large system architecture integration and manufacturing.
  • Experience with CAD and PLM software, preferably SolidWorks 

You have:



  • Academic background in Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical Engineering
  • Previous experience in or with 12+ years of experience with large, integrated systems at the final stages of design and manufacturing is preferred. Or Master’s degree and 9+ years of experience in building the complete cooling products is acceptable.
    • Experience/knowledge of electro mechanical system design, system simulation and launches through phase gate process.
    • Hands on with Cooling Products/HVAC/Air conditioning products
    • Exposure to Data Centers & CDCP certification will be an added advantage

    • Data-driven approach with deep analytical skills.
    • Proven ability to develop clear user documentation.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
    • Self-starter with the ability to complete tests and resolve problems independently.
