Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead - Full Stack Developer to drive the development and implementation of innovative projects using emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will mentor and guide team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and evaluate new technology solutions to improve business processes. This role requires a proactive individual who stays current with the latest technological advancements.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of projects utilizing emerging technologies.

Technical Skills:
Front-End Development:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
Back-End Development:
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python).
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Node.js).
Database Management:
- Experience with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Web Servers & UI/UX Design:
- Familiarity with web servers (e.g. Apache).
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in software development and leading technology projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects using emerging technologies.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Manage the development and delivery of technology projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure project alignment with business strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve processes.
- Remain informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in emerging technologies are a plus.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working abilities.
