Job description

Job Summary

•    We are seeking a Quantum Cryptography Specialist to lead the design, evaluation, and integration of quantum-resistant cryptographic solutions across our systems and products. The role involves research, algorithm implementation, performance optimization, and ensuring compliance with emerging PQC standards (e.g., NIST PQC finalists). The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in classical cryptography with a deep understanding of quantum-safe algorithms and practical implementation challenges.



Key Responsibilities

•    Engineering lead responsible for driving post quantum cryptography initiative to protect the bank against quantum threats.
•    Develop, test, and integrate PQC libraries and protocols into existing cryptographic infrastructure (TLS, SSH, VPN, PKI, etc.).
•    Migrate classical cryptographic systems (RSA, ECC) to hybrid or fully PQC-based implementations.
•    Analyze and assess NIST-approved post-quantum cryptographic algorithms
•    Evaluate the security strength, performance, and interoperability of PQC schemes in various environments.
•    Partner with engineering, product security, and architecture teams to guide secure PQC adoption.
