The opportunity
Join the Global Tech GTM team as we embark on a landmark year of consolidating our technical foundations across our Grow and Create business units. As the Manager of our Bengaluru-based Support and QA hub, you will lead the operational engine that ensures our global GTM applications—including Salesforce, Zuora CPQ, and Ironclad—run with clinical precision.


In the short term, you will stabilize our global support queues and establish high-standard QA protocols for our roadmap deployments. Long-term success involves building a high-performing team that acts as a center of excellence for technical validation and rapid issue resolution. You will have a direct impact on the stability of our Lead2Cash lifecycle, ensuring that the technology powering our global revenue remains flawless. This is a unique opportunity to grow within a high-impact global team and shape the technical operations of a leading tech ecosystem.


What you'll be doing


  • Lead and mentor a specialized team of Support specialists and QA engineers providing global coverage for GTM business applications.
  • Oversee the end-to-end QA lifecycle for Salesforce deployments and critical integrations (Zuora, Tipalti, Ironclad), ensuring zero-defect production launches.
  • Manage global support operations within Salesforce, optimizing ticket routing, resolution quality, and SLA compliance.
  • Partner with global Product Managers and Developers to translate roadmap requirements into comprehensive test plans and support documentation.
  • Drive operational efficiency by identifying recurring technical friction points and implementing automated solutions or process improvements.

What we're looking for


  • Salesforce Administrator proficiency with deep knowledge of the platform's architecture and Service Cloud functionality.
  • Professional experience in QA methodologies, including regression testing, UAT coordination, and automated testing tools.
  • Proficiency in managing technical support operations and ticketing systems to drive performance metrics.
  • Experience in designing and documenting technical operational processes for global cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders in Finance, Sales, and Legal across multiple time zones.
