Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Golang (primary), Python, and Java.
• Architect and implement microservices and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure reliability in production environments.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud.
• Manage / Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Golang (must-have).
• Solid experience with Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with microservice architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Cloud Code or Cursor AI tools.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
