Ensures the quality and reliability of software products by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies. Develops and maintains test plans, automated scripts, and testing frameworks, along with the associated standards and documentation.


Analyzes test results to verify functionality, identify defects, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborates closely with development engineers to troubleshoot issues and drive efficient resolutions. Provides informed feedback to support technical evaluations of programming languages, systems, and computational tools.


Proactively identifies opportunities to optimize testing processes, leveraging innovative approaches and automation to improve efficiency and deliver smarter, scalable quality solutions.
 


Major Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the Adobe Connect Server with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Anticipate and design test scenarios that mirror real-world customer workflows, including edge and corner cases.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement automated test scripts and test cases to support functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Identify key performance metrics, analyze system behavior under load, and uncover performance bottlenecks or limitations.
  • Build automation frameworks and test suites covering the product’s API and SDK layers.
  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of technical areas within the product or service, driving clarity, accountability, and timely resolutions.
  • Use tools and methods based on artificial intelligence responsibly in day‑to‑day tasks—such as test creation, data analysis, pattern detection, and scripting—to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall test coverage.
Experience Requirements
  • 2–5 yearsof hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Educational Qualifications
  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong command ofJava, XSL, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding ofIP networking, distributed system architectures, and client–server technologies.
  • Proficiency with performance testing tools such asLoadRunner, JMeter, or comparable alternatives.
  • Ability to analyze software performance, interpret benchmarking results, and diagnose complex problems.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven team contributor with the ability to work independently and think analytically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and refine clear, effective technical communication.
  • Enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and adaptable to emerging technologies—including responsible adoption of AI to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
