     Role and Responsibilities  This position is part of the People Operations team and will play a broad role in defining requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and forming a population for recruiting personnel to achieve our business plan.
The successful candidate will be able to contribute to our company's recruitment efforts by building mid-to-long term relationships with internal and external parties through recruiting activities.
   Collaborate with vendors, agents, and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India  Collaborate with vendors, agents, and internal stakeholders to acquire talent for the US and Japan.
(English speakers only)   Improve recruiting processes/plan and implement new recruiting methods   Communicate with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders regarding recruitment  Execution and management of content for recruitment-related media  Internal communication, such as promotion of the referral program  Planning and execution of campus-related hiring activities.
