This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 900000 - Rs 1900000 (ie INR 9-19 LPA) Min Experience: 8 years JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning strategies, adult learning principles, and organizational development, with the ability to drive impactful learning experiences that enhance employee capabilities and business performance.
This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR to align learning programs with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent development goals.
Design, implement, and manage learning programs across multiple channels, including instructor-led training, e-learning, virtual classrooms, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
Identify skill gaps and training needs across departments through performance reviews, business priorities, and competency mapping.
Lead the creation of customized learning content, tools, and resources to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and leadership capabilities.
Partner with business heads, HR, and subject matter experts to develop leadership programs, technical skill development, soft skills training, and succession planning initiatives.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using key metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
Implement modern learning technologies, platforms, and learning management systems (LMS) to facilitate scalable learning solutions and track learning impact.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, encouraging employees to take ownership of their learning journey.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in L&D, integrating new approaches to enhance learning experiences.
Manage budgets, vendors, and external learning partnerships, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery of programs.
Skills and Competencies: Strong expertise in Learning & Development (L&D) , adult learning principles, instructional design, and content development.
Proven experience in creating and implementing effective learning programs across levels and functions.
Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools .
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills , with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills to measure learning effectiveness and ROI.
Ability to drive organizational change and build a high-performance learning culture.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to program execution.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
8-15 years of progressive experience in L&D, talent development, or organizational development roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
