The position


As a Learning Experience Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:


  • Collaborate with instructional designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and develop interactive eLearning modules and utilize various authoring tools and technologies to create engaging and visually appealing eLearning content.


  • Developing engaging and interactive eLearning content such as videos, animations, simulations, audio elements visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and visual elements to enhance the learning experience and to support the learning content.


  • Collaborating with instructional designers to develop storyboards that outline the flow of the eLearning modules and the integration of multimedia elements.


  • Ensuring a user-friendly interface and experience by designing and implementing effective user interfaces and navigation within the eLearning modules also to ensure that multimedia elements are accessible to all learners by adhering to accessibility standards such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).


  • Acts as the primary liaison for each project within GMAX+, overseeing schedules and collaborating with internal stakeholders, cross functional teams and vendors, also actively participate in project teams and take a leadership role in assigned projects and advocate for accessibility and conduct usability testing as needed.


Qualifications

Need to have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.


  • 5+ years’ experience as an instructional designer or in a related position, such as Learning Experience Design, Communications, Education, UX Design and Multimedia training solutions.


  • Proven experience in eLearning development, including the use of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.


  • Strong skills in designing templates, graphic content, illustrations, infographics, animations, video, audio editing, and web-style pages.


  • Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, or other programming languages to enhance course interactivity.


  • Result-oriented approach with a flair for solving problems in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.


  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong business relationships and challenge business partners to improve our work.


  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


  • Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution, judgment, and managing complexity.
     


Nice to have:


  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript for creating interactive elements.


  • Experience in end-to-end management of Learning & content management systems.


  • Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).


About the department


The Commercial GBS department drives competitive commercial strategies and sustainable solutions for the benefit of people living with Diabetes, Obesity, Rare Diseases, and other serious chronic conditions. Our unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Commercial Planning, Multi-Channel Engagement, Marketing & Market Access, and Commercial Operations. The team creates insights to launch products, market intelligence, forecasting, and Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. We are a vibrant team comprising Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, and Life Cycle Management of products, working together to make a significant impact.
