Job Description

We are seeking a Manager Business Analystto play an active role in driving the success of our capital projects related to AI and automation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is laser-focused on continuously improving the value we provide to our customers using cutting edge innovation. All business analyst team members are expected to be skilled in (and display) core BA competencies in requirement elicitation, analysis and life cycle management, solution evaluation, project planning and monitoring, and strategy analysis as well as having strong communication and problem-solving skills.


About the Role:


In this role as a Manager Business Analyst, you will:


  • Engage stakeholders across the organization to elicit requirements, align on project priorities, and drive execution toward project deadlines.


  • Work as an Individual Contributor.


  • Facilitate workshops to gather and document business needs, dependencies, risks, and challenges.


  • Support communications to all stakeholder groups.


  • Coordinate with stakeholder leads to manage conflicting priorities and identify a clear path to a solution.


  • Prepare visual aids including diagrams, process maps, and wireframes to ensure alignment across the project team.


About You:


You're a fit for the role ofManager Business Analyst if your background includes:


  • 10+ years of business analysis experience.


  • Bachelor's or master's degree.


  • The role requires the candidate to work in 2 pm - 11 pm IST.


  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.


  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional, global team


  • Self-starter and innovator with high degree of internal motivation


  • Strong Microsoft application skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint)


  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO)


  • Experience with Lucid (or similar whiteboarding) softwar.


  • Experience and/or interest in data modeling, data architecture, data science.


  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (Preferred); and/or


  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred); and/or


  • Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner (Preferred)
