Job Details:Job Summary:
The Contract Services Manager leads a team of analysts to
- Provide timely and accurate support to the contract and project management teams in NAM, EMEA and APAC in respect of administrative aspects of customer contract including correspondence management and tracking, contract repository management, project SharePoint data management, variation management and invoicing
- Perform SAP data management functions for all aspects of contracts and other legal binding documents to ensure quality deliverable data are provided to the contracts’ representative on time.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficient understanding of government, commercial, international and domestic Request for Proposals (RFP), contracts, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other legally binding agreements for hardware/software in all aspects, including terms and conditions, contract structure, payment terms, invoicing, deliverables, period of performances
- Working knowledge and experience of developing and managing processes for order entry and updates of SAP and invoicing related activities.
- Monitoring performance of contracts analysts to ensure all services are provided to the required standards and on time.
- Team management and leadership experience of managing a team providing a shared contract administration service across NAM, EMEA and APAC time zones.
- Management of relationships with regional contracts directors and contract managers to continuously improve the shared services being provided
- Leading transition of additional services including, for example, contract analysis and summarisation from the regions to India
- Attention to detail and ability to be hands on in respect of services being performed by the team
- Champion the Transition of Regional activities and processes and Centralize this in India
- Work with process owners in driving the process improvements, Standardization, Automation as relevant to make processes more seamless.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Four-year college degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration or related field, plus a minimum of 7-8 years of related experience.
- Must know how to use computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and e-mail. Must be capable of working at a computer terminal (workstation) up to nine hours per day.
- Ability to perform tasks under work deadlines.
- Good reasoning, problem solving, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to follow written and verbal direction, and effectively interface with technical employees, management, and customers.
- Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form in English.
