Manager - Strategic Growth

WSP is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – Strategic Growth to support our Strategic Growth Team, US. The ideal candidate will lead technology-driven workflow optimization and data governance for the Strategic Growth Team. This role combines technical expertise in enterprise systems with a consultative approach to enable seamless sales operations, resource planning, and reporting across global teams.

This role will be based in the Noida office.

• Drive Digital Automation & Low‑Code Strategy by defining the roadmap for workflow modernization, operational efficiency, and AI‑enabled transformation across Sales and Consulting functions.

  
  

• Own Enterprise Integration Architecture, ensuring seamless data exchange and process alignment between Oracle Fusion, M365, Teams, and downstream business applications.

  
  

• Establish Governance for Power Platform & Workflow Automation, setting development standards, managing solution lifecycles, and ensuring compliance, security, and scalability.

  
  

• Lead User Training & Adoption Programs, delivering structured enablement on Power Platform capabilities, M365 collaboration tools, CRM best practices, and automated workflows.

  
  

• Oversee Regional Productivity & Collaboration Solutions, including capacity planning tools, consultant field‑reporting apps, advanced approval workflows, and enterprise automation pipelines.

  
  

• Workflow Automation Engineering: Design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end automated workflows using Power Automate, including advanced triggers, AI‑driven routing, approvals, integrations, and exception management.

  
  

• Low‑Code Application Development: Build enterprise‑grade solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Dataverse, and Power Fx, ensuring robust architecture, usability, and maintainability.

  
  

• SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Development: Develop and enhance SharePoint Online components, document automation solutions, and collaboration interfaces supporting project and sales workflows.

  
  

• AI‑Enabled Automation: Leverage AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Agent capabilities to implement intelligent document processing, predictive insights, conversational workflows, and next‑generation automation patterns.

  
  

• Advanced Automation & Analytics Solutions: Develop integrated Power BI dashboards, automate data refresh and transformation pipelines, and create system‑driven alerts for deadlines, deal milestones, compliance checks, and pipeline intelligence.

  
  

Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Technology or a similar stream with 12+ years of experience  

  
  

• Certified in  Azure, VS Code, PL 100 / PL 400 Developer

  
  

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. 

  
  

• Excellent communication and training skills for cross-functional teams. 

  
  

• Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
