Overview

Are you ready for the exciting role of Marketing Lead for LSI at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Mumbai? This is a fantastic opportunity to develop marketing strategies in a top-tier environment. We are looking for a driven individual with a successful background, who can implement innovative marketing initiatives and effectively lead our team.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Marketing to develop annual marketing strategy and plans to achieve revenue and pipeline growth.

Apply Market Intelligence to support commercial execution by conducting Market Surveys of Key Customers, analyzing the competitive business environment, and identifying business opportunities in the India market.


  • Analyze market and technology trends to reconcile product promotion plan.
  • Lead and guide promotion campaigns with respective business leaders, KAM head, and product team.
  • Manage the commercialization process in India, working together with other Marketing resources, Sales, Communications, and Product Managers to support new product introduction.
  • Work with key customers and global product marketing managers for technology alignment and support execution of new product introductions.

Foster positive relationships throughout the organization of key accounts. Develop and lead plans for driving product demand.


  • Identify, recommend, and participate in local exhibitions and develop forums such as User Groups, Workshops, and Seminars to drive demand.
  • Close coordination with Corporate Marketing team to support market reach, account targeting, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage and develop key talents within the team to assure continuity, reduce turnover, and succession planning.

Support and collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop suitable commercialization strategies and tactics to enhance growth, improve coverage, and increase penetration.


Complete regional marketing programs targeting segments that drive demand generation, pipeline health, and new contacts for LSI.


Improve the value of key marketing programs and product launches through enhanced performance.


  • Provide quarterly market and competitive updates pertaining to technology trends, new products, compelling applications, or adjacent market opportunities.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience from related industries desirable.
  • Role Model leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and lead employees to achieve performance objectives.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization (external and internal).
  • Approach to strategic account management.
  • MBA or Masters in Biotechnology
