Who we are looking for


We are looking for a Certified Salesforce Administrator who will join a team of admins and developers focusing on employee productivity and business enablement. The incumbent will be delivering bug fixes, maintenance and enhancements for a variety of internal systems including Salesforce and will work with others on the MIS team to provide integrations between said systems. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency in software and platform integrations in support of automated business functions. The CSA should have a go-getter attitude and friendly demeanor. At CRD, team cohesiveness and welcoming personalities are highly valued, and the prospect must be able to demonstrate this during their interview process

The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created the first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

What you will be responsible for


As an Analyst you will


  • Act as a subject-matter-expert for the Salesforce platform
  • Identify business problems and develop tactical remediation plans within strict regulatory guidelines
  • Advise the business on best practices and author content for wide consumption
  • Champion the use of automation and integration of a wide variety of systems
  • Analyze problems and answer questions related to internal systems and integration between same.
  • Make small changes to code of internal systems as needed to address issues.
  • Monitor batch processes and troubleshoot/document as needed
  • Perform tasks related to access and privileging for the internal systems.
  • Work with the team to administer our Production and Sandbox Salesforce orgs

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience with scripted automation tools
  • Experience with API calls between systems
  • Experience with SQL and database query structure

Additional requirements


Familiarity with Automise software is a plus
