Your role and responsibilities

In this job the Network Support Engineer will provide support to our Global Networking Clients and projects in:



  • Deploying the customer solution and providing remote technical support.
  • Provide remote technical support to clients on networking and security products not limited to Versa, Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet.
  • Providing support in pre-sales activities, support responding on RFPs.
  • Building and supporting lab activities, working on customer PoC's.
  • Collecting customer networking and security data and requirements and using the Health Check offering tools.
  • Creating technical documentation and executing on Validation and Test Activities.



Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
  • 5 Years' experience in Enterprise Networking, including Data Center, LAN/WAN, SD WAN, SD ACCESS/ACI networking.
  • 2 years' Experience as a Senior Networking engineer.
  • Track record of successful delivery on enterprise networking deployment.



Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Networking Certifications: CCIE, JNCIS, JNCIP, PCNSE, CCSE, NSE7,CCNP
  • SD-WAN, ACI , SDA expertise

3-5
