Implement SOP as outlined by the Management Keep track and analyse inventory Process orders with HQ Process claims with HQ Local vendor management Manage warehouse personnel Responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery schedule.
Schedule deliveries/surveys/requisitions Liaise with management, vendor & team Mumbai & Pune visit for store status update Special Project Supervision
Qualifications
Proficiency in Operations Management, Strategic Planning, and Process Optimization Strong skills in Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Coordination Experience in Staff Management, Training, and Team Leadership Analytical skills with expertise in Budget Management and Performance Analysis Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Proficiency in word, excel and other MS platforms is a must.
Prior experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus
