Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing the sales team with administrative support and enhances the efficiency of the sales process between the organization and its customers and for interacting with internal and external customers. The holder of this position supports the internal sales team by providing reports, processing orders as well as by communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure the correct processing of client orders and on time delivery.

The holder of this position supports the internal sales team by providing reports, processing orders as well as by communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure the correct processing of client orders and on time delivery.


Main Responsibilities & Tasks:


  • Validate customer orders, contract terms & related documents.


  • End to end order processing activity & material planning.


  • Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure orders, delivery slips and invoices are processed timely.


  • Maintain delivery reliability as per company standards.


  • Backlog reporting & analysis.


  • Coordination with other functions like F&C, Sales, F&D, SCM & Compliance to ensure error free order processing.


  • Handle Customer complaints & escalations.


  • Manage demo & trial requirements from Sales.


  • Liaison with F&C for audit requirements.


  • MIS reporting.


  • Material & Customer master maintenance in SAP.


Qualification & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.


  • Proven experience in order processing.


  • Knowledge about import & export process.


  • SAP knowledge is must.


  • Good in MS office, Word, Excel, PPT.


  • Fluent in oral & written English.


  • Good communication across all levels and functions.


  • Logical, self-motivated, energetic, result oriented, skillful to handle multi-tasks, quick learner and can work under high pressure.
