The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion implementations, and the ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, and delivery in a multicultural environment.
Arabic and English language proficiency is mandatory.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation project Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure smooth execution Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests Track project progress and ensure adherence to budget and timelines Facilitate client workshops, status meetings, and steering committee updates Ensure quality assurance, governance, and compliance with project standards Support UAT, go-live planning, and post-go-live stabilization Required Skills & Experience6–8 years of overall experience as an Oracle Project Manager Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion implementation projects Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules and implementation lifecycle Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong planning, documentation, and reporting abilities Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Preferred QualificationsExperience managing onsite Oracle projects in the Middle East PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred) Experience working with system integrators or large-scale ERP programs Contract Details Duration: 7–8 months Project: Fresh Oracle Fusion Implementation Start: Immediate / As per project need
