This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai JobType: full-time As an Oracle Sales Cloud professional, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting core sales performance and planning capabilities within Oracle’s ecosystem.
The role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Sales Performance Management (OSPM) and related modules such as incentive compensation, quota and territory management, sales planning, and forecasting.
You will partner with sales leadership and operations teams to streamline planning cycles, enhance visibility into sales performance, and improve decision-making through reliable analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and support Oracle Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives Implement Oracle Sales Performance Management components including incentive compensation, quota management, and territory management Configure sales planning, quota planning, and forecasting models to support accurate revenue planning and goal setting Enable account planning capabilities to improve sales pipeline visibility and strategic account management Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Oracle Sales Cloud solutions Support end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and consistency across sales performance and planning modules Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and forecasting accuracy Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing enhancements to improve usability and performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales operations, IT, and leadership to drive adoption and continuous improvement What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Sales Cloud Strong expertise in Oracle Sales Performance Management, incentive compensation, and quota management Practical experience in territory management, sales planning, quota planning, and forecasting Good understanding of sales operations processes and enterprise sales cycles Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Oracle configurations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work from any of the listed locations on a full-time basis
