The Opportunity

Join Adobe’s APAC Growth Marketing team as a Paid Media Manager, India, Digital Media, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Creative Cloud & Document Cloud products. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that uses data-driven strategies to achieve ambitious goals and set new benchmarks in digital marketing. You will be at the forefront of media planning and execution, working closely with various teams to build a seamless customer journey. If you are highly analytical, innovative, and have a proven track record in paid media, this role is for you.


What you'll Do
  • Develop and implement India's comprehensive paid media strategy across multiple advertising campaigns.
  • Integrate performance media with global, regional, and local platforms, and localize campaign content.
  • Project manage end-to-end delivery of paid media programs, including campaign brief, creative specifications, setup, execution, and metrics definition.
  • Lead partnerships with channel specialists and manage relationships with APAC (India) media agencies.
  • Perform hands-on campaign analysis, compile insights, and build testing methodologies to continuously improve performance.
  • Support India content culturalisation and localisation for earned and paid media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to lead strategic development for our customer’s user journey.
  • Regularly communicate with internal teams on campaign performance and delivery status.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree and extensive practical experience of 10+ years in paid media marketing.
  • Proven experience working on India-specific marketing platforms and understanding India's digital landscape.
  • Expertise in Search, Display, Social, and Mobile advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on global campaigns with a focus on localisation and in a mobile-first market.
  • Applied knowledge of marketing automation processes and technologies (Adobe Digital Experience Tool knowledge preferred).
  • Exceptional strategic thought leadership and outstanding team and project management skills.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence team members at all levels with integrity and self-sufficiency.
