Position:Payroll Analyst II

Job Description:

You will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the processes of multi-country payroll, especially in APAC and ANZ.




What You'll Be Doing



  • Provide guidance to the payroll process by maintaining the payroll audit database.  Monitor and maintain data analysis between payroll and HR.  Assist Asia Pacific payrolls including scheduling payrolls, working with vendors to resolve issues, and maintaining logs and payroll statistics. Resolve escalated and complex issues that arise daily.
  • Interface, reconcile and process payroll information received from outside sources and vendors. Ensure quality control of employee data and financial information as well as preserve data integrity of vendor data.
  • Maintain database of reports, account reconciliation of payroll data for accounting team.
  • Create ad hoc reports, implement adjustments to existing reports (as needed) and provide data analysis to the Human Resources and Payroll teams. Monitors and maintains data analysis between payroll and HR.
  • Assist in year-end processes, implement and maintain taxable wages audit for taxes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and wage and hour laws, company policies and procedures.
  • Assist HR and payroll ad hoc projects when required.


What Are We Looking For



  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration
  • In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations and best practices
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and multi-tasks
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience of multi-country payroll is a plus, preferably APAC and ANZ  
  • Good command in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
