Key Responsibilities: Process accurate and timely payroll for US employees Maintain payroll data, wage rates, and deductions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Manage payroll taxes, garnishments, benefits deductions, reimbursements Prepare payroll summaries and audit reports Resolve employee payroll queries Support month-end and year-end payroll closure Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations teams Coordinate with US partners and payroll vendors Competitive entry-level pay with performance-based incentives.

Minimum 3 years of experience in US payroll Strong knowledge of US payroll laws & regulations Experience working with payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, Paychex, Gusto, etc.
) Hands-on experience working with QuickBooks & Xero Strong Excel skills Experience managing multi-state payroll Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills
