Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.
Must have skills : Dynatrace APM
Good to have skills : Datadog, Splunk
Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, validate application performance, and ensure that the software development lifecycle is optimized for efficiency. You will also focus on capacity planning and problem detection, contributing to the overall enhancement of application performance management. Your role will require a proactive approach to identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to improve system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Splunk, Datadog. - Strong understanding of application performance management principles. - Experience in performance testing and validation methodologies. - Proficient in capacity planning and resource allocation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Dynatrace APM. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
