This role is focused on building, managing, and scaling campaigns directly within ad managers, with complete accountability for performance outcomes such as CPA, ROAS, and revenue impact, rather than overseeing external agencies.
Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns end to end Collaborate with creative teams to rapidly iterate on ad hooks, messaging, and creatives based on performance data Monitor and analyze campaign performance using dashboards focused on business-critical metrics Execute continuous A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and ad formats to identify winning strategies Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube Develop keyword strategies, bidding structures, and negative keyword lists to improve conversion rates Track user behavior across funnels to identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities Make data-driven decisions to scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones What Makes You a Great Fit Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates Ability to analyze data and translate insights into rapid execution and optimization Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments with high ownership Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with creative and analytical teams Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on testing, optimization, and measurable growth Willingness to take decisive action based on performance data
