About the opportunity we offer:

We are currently seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Power BI Developer with a strong focus on Process Mining, to join our BI & Analytics team based in Noida.

• Process Mining Implementation: Lead the discovery, analysis, and visualization of business processes using Power BI's process mining features (e.g., Power Automate Process Mining).
• Data Extraction & Transformation: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various source systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases, flat files, cloud services) to support process mining initiatives.
• Data Modeling: Design, develop, and optimize robust and scalable data models within Power BI (Power Query and DAX) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance for process analysis.
• Report & Dashboard Development: Create compelling, interactive, and user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively communicate process insights, identify bottlenecks, deviations, and automation opportunities.
• KPI Definition & Monitoring: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key process indicators (KPIs) and implement mechanisms for continuous monitoring and reporting of process performance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, validate findings, and present solutions.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and underlying data models for enhanced performance and user experience.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Power BI features, industry trends in business intelligence, and advancements in process mining.

About you:

• Excellent experience (typically 5+ years) as a Power BI Developer.
• Proven, hands-on experience in implementing and utilizing process mining capabilities within Power BI, preferably with Power Automate Process Mining (formerly Process Advisor).
• Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M Language) for complex calculations and data transformations.
• Expertise in data modeling concepts, including star schema, snowflake schema, and relationship management.
• Solid experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying from various relational databases.
• Understanding of ETL processes and tools.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and impactful visualizations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform components (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps) is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with other process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Power Platform certifications).
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
