Role description:  Arcadis is looking for Power Platform Developers to support our strategic Pursuit to Project (PtP) program.
These roles will be instrumental in developing and maintaining critical business applications, driving innovation and operational excellence across the company.
  We are seeking self-starters with strong attention to detail who can prioritize, solve challenges, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
I would say that great written and verbal communication skills are required.
These roles are technology-focused, requiring hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  Successful candidates will be data-savvy, detail-oriented, and enterprising individuals with a passion for digital innovation.
Experience should include designing and implementing business applications, automating workflows, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions.

  Role accountabilities:  Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and other low-code platforms (e.
g., Oracle VBCS).
  Deliver robust solutions for business process automation, data integration, and application support.
  Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and testing with business stakeholders.
  Implement and monitor notifications, alerts, and workflow automations.
  Support application lifecycle management, including deployment, updates, and documentation.
  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support to end-users.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital solutions align with strategic business goals.
  Stay current with Power Platform updates and industry best practices, sharing knowledge across the team  Qualifications & Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle of complex business application development and maintenance.
  Familiarity with application integration, business process automation, and supporting digital solutions.
  Competency with Microsoft 365 technologies and cloud-based environments.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize digital solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders  Preferred Qualifications  Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  Exposure to project management or business operations applications.
  Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  Understanding of application security, compliance, and data governance.
Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) is a plus, but not required  Why Arcadis?
