Pre School Director needed in Bangalore.
Role - As a Preschool Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and operating the preschool entrusted to you. It’s an entrepreneurial role that allows you to build a school in your neighborhood and create social and economical impact.Responsibilities will include -
Working with our enthusiastic teachers by building an inclusive, growth oriented culture
Implementing our Curriculum in the school
Managing day to day functioning of the school
Owning the P/L of the hub by being the key problem solver. You will be driving revenue growth as well as bringing in operational efficiency at the centre.
Owning the Professional Development of the entire team by bridging any knowledge or skill gaps
Maintaining open and effective communication with parents, sharing insights into their child's progress and milestones.
Ideal candidate -Has worked with an IB school for at least 4-5 years
Is passionate about Early Years and wants to make a difference in this sector
Is outgoing and able to hold good quality conversations with parents, teachers and students alike
If you have taken initiatives at your schools like conducting sports day, annual day, running PTMs, parent toddler programs etc, then that would be a great value add.
A course in Early Childhood Education or a B.Ed or NTT, MTT would also be great to have
Location of Preschool- All across Bengaluru.
Notice period/ Date of joining- You must be able to join us before1st Feb2025
Salary-Depends on your experience and last drawn salary
