Could you be the full-time Projects & Tendering Change & Configuration Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, supportive, and solution-focused teammates.
You'll ensure the seamless integration and functionality of our Projects & Tendering Change & Configuration Management systems, primarily focusing on the Primavera (P6) Application. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Finance, and IT), communicate and coordinate global business processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the migration and integration of legacy project management applications, as well as the implementation and user training of the Primavera Project management tool.
We’ll look to you for:
Aligning with global business processes for Change & Configuration solutions
Communicating and managing demands from central business units
Preparing recommendations for the Change Control Board
Maintaining solution documentation and conducting pre-studies
Defining business process workflows and testing IS systems compliance
Responding to user requests and supporting critical incident operations
Analyzing industry trends for potential applicability at Alstom

Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
Total 6+years of work experience.
Experience or understanding of project management tools like SAP PS, MS Project, Planisware, etc.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital transformation processes
Familiarity with Oracle Primavera and other PPM tools
A certification in project management or related area
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
