We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using a variety of backend and frontend technologies. This role will report directly to the Director of Application Development.
In this role your key tasks will include:
- Lead and oversee the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications.
- Design, develop, and implement robust backend solutions using JAVA, Node.JS, and .NET.
- Create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React and Angular.
- Mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
