Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities for IC4 Full Stack Engineer at Oracle:


Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, robust web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.
Architect, design, and implement features across the full stack (UI, API, databases, and cloud infrastructure).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proactively identify and address performance, security, and scalability challenges.
Uphold coding best practices, conduct peer code reviews, and set standards for junior engineers.
Mentor team members to drive technical growth and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Ensure all deliverables meet Oracle’s quality, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.



Key Qualifications for IC4 Full Stack Engineer at Oracle:


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Typically 8+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
Deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, or similar). - Deep understanding of Software architecture patterns, Design patterns and Data Structures and scalable designs.
Experience in common open source Software and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT or other Continues Integration/version control tools etc.
Knowledge of DevOps.
Solid experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and CI/CD practices.
Demonstrated track record of leading complex projects and mentoring other engineers.
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
