Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end UK Payroll Processing is mandatory.
* Process monthly payroll runs and ensure accurate and timely payments.
* Perform FPS, EPS, GTN reconciliation and ensure timely submission to HMRC.
* Handle gross and net overpayment calculations.
* Knowledge of year-end payroll activities (End of Year, Start of Year, P11D) and reporting in line with legislation.
* Analyze and validate pre- and post-payroll run reports.
* Ensure SLA compliance by executing payroll tasks as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
* Provide expert advice and interpretation of payroll legislation to support team members.

Requirements
* ERP knowledge: ORACLE FUSION/EBS (mandatory)
* In-depth and current knowledge of payroll legislation.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet SLA targets.
* Previous experience managing a payroll team.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of compliance requirements.
