What are we looking for? Job Qualifications, Skills and Experience: • Ability to influence stakeholders, peer groups and establish strong relationships within teams • Knowledge of Procurement policies, processes, and tools • Contract management • Strong data and analytics skills • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills • Commitment to quality delivery • Consistent attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously • Proficient in MS Excel, word and MS PowerPoint •
Roles and Responsibilities: • 15 years of experience in Contract and sourcing management • Must have good exposure to contract negotiation • Hands on experience on multiple commercial modelling • Should possess multi tasking abilities and engage with large stakeholders in collabarating with different engagements • Good understanding on RFx process including auctions and modelling of sourcing strategies • Category experience on services segment and Indirect sourcing from larger organisation • GST, MSME compliance basic understanding.Any Graduation
