As a Product Delivery Manager in Trade & Working Capital, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. 



Job Description: 


Responsible for Analysis and delivery of Business Requirements for Trade finance business driven initiatives working closely with Operations, Business and Technology partners. 


Job Responsibilities: 


  • Discuss, understand and document the full functional scope of a change initiative.
  • Provide and own detailed documented requirements for technology changes along with user journeys and other supporting artifacts.
  • Define and own a functional roadmap for the change initiative.
  • Participate in workstream Agile ceremonies to elaborate on the requirements and impart SME knowledge.
  • Provide detailed functional impact at the initiation stage of a change or a project.
  • Discuss with stakeholders and assign business priority against individual components of a change initiative.
  • Identify and escalate functional risks throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Functionally support go-live and immediate after-care.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support the Trade business.
  • Participate in third-party vendor projects during proof-of-concepts, analysis and implementation.
  • Be aware of user experience vis-à-vis the changes being built/delivered.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: 


  • 7 years or more experience in Trade Finance. 3 years or more experience as Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert.
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment. Experience in working with international partners.
  • Strong analysis skills. Ability to identify and highlight risks.
  • Ability to manage, negotiate with & influence stakeholders.
  • Exceed customer expectations in delivery and management. Ability to engage and deliver on time with the right amount of detail.
  • Experience of Software Delivery Lifecycle using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies 
  • Business acumen. Problem resolution skills 
  • Awareness of user experience vis-à-vis the changes being built/delivered
