The Opportunity

Firefly Enterprise and GenStudio are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategic GenAI initiatives and identify transformative business opportunities at the intersection of generative AI and enterprise customer experience. This is a high-impact role for a builder and strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape the next generation of Adobe's enterprise offerings.
You'll work across Adobe's most forward-looking strategic bets—from GenAI-powered solutions for global brands to emerging opportunities in synthetic data, 3D content generation, and third-party model integrations. Your mandate is to evaluate, validate, and accelerate these opportunities into best-in-class products that extend Adobe's leadership in the digital experience space.
This role will evolve. In your first few months, you'll immerse yourself in our strategic portfolio, working closely with leadership to sharpen product-market fit and execution across multiple GenAI initiatives. As you build context and demonstrate impact, you'll transition into building new products and businesses from scratch—owning the full journey from zero-to-hundred million.
 


What You'll Do

Strategic Portfolio Leadership (Initial Focus)


  • Partner with DX leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and accelerate strategic GenAI initiatives across the portfolio
  • Drive product strategy and execution for high-priority bets including GenAI solutions for enterprise brands, synthetic audience generation, AI-powered data creation, and 3D/spatial computing opportunities
  • Assess third-party model integration opportunities and define strategic partnerships that expand Adobe's GenAI capabilities
  • Conduct rigorous market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer discovery to validate business opportunities and inform investment decisions
  • Develop compelling business cases and product narratives for senior leadership to secure resources and alignment

New Business Building (Transition Focus)


  • Identify and pursue greenfield opportunities for new products and businesses within the DX ecosystem
  • Own the full zero-to-one journey: problem discovery, market validation, MVP definition, go-to-market strategy, and initial customer acquisition
  • Build cross-functional teams and operating rhythms to move from concept to launched product
  • Define success metrics and growth frameworks for emerging product lines
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and customer-centricity

Cross-Functional Excellence


  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver exceptional products
  • Partner with Adobe's AI and Research organizations to leverage cutting-edge capabilities and translate research into product innovation
  • Work across DX product lines (Experience Platform, Experience Manager, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer) to identify integration opportunities and synergies
  • Represent product strategy to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
What You Bring

Required


  • Product management experience, with focus in AI/ML products, enterprise platforms, or emerging technology domains.
  • Track record of zero-to-one product development—taking products from concept through launch and growth
  • Deep understanding of generative AI technologies, market dynamics, and enterprise applications
  • Experience with strategic planning, business case development, and executive communication
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex market data, customer insights, and technical constraints into clear product direction
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without authority across an organization


Preferred


  • Experience in Digital Experience, Mar-Tech, Ad-Tech, or Enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products and the broader DX ecosystem
  • Background in venture-building, incubation, or strategic initiatives within a large technology company
  • Experience evaluating and integrating third-party AI/ML models and platforms
