As a Product Manager in the Card Data team, you lead the strategy and execution of data products that empower our business and customers. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, foster a culture of innovation, and drive measurable business outcomes


Job responsibilities


  • Defines product roadmap, vision, development, execution, and risk management, communicating intended business outcomes
  • Partners with data owners, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant data product solutions
  • Analyzes data, extracts actionable insights, and connects findings to business strategy, emphasizing data quality and centralized management
  • Translates business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories for development teams
  • Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to achieve business objectives
  • Leads modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
  • Develops strong partnerships with stakeholders, communicating product updates, progress, and strategy

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Eight years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, data modeling, and data architecture

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Highly proficient in data querying with languages such as Python, R, Perl, SQL
  • Familiarity with data environments such as AWS S3, Snowflake, and Data Bricks
  • Experience in product development
