We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase adoption rates of seller tools, driving product awareness, and engaging with our seller community. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in helping sellers leverage our tools to increase their product sales.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, strategizing objectives, audience segmentation, and content creation to achieve business goals.
• Oversee creation and implementation of marketing campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Refine marketing attribution models and analyze marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines to determine which efforts to adjust and scale.
• Manage and maintain website content and optimize for SEO,
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating content and community management
• Stay up to date with industry latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with multiple teams (e.g. Agency, business, program & technical teams) to help drive marketing tools
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using key metrics and analytics tools to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on marketing KPIs.
About the team
Optimus is a marketing shared services unit, offering operational assistance to various Amazon programs and product lines, partnering with multiple divisions within the company, including but not limited to Books, Music, Fire TV, Luna, Tablets, and Alexa, streamlining their marketing operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably B2B.
- Proven track record of product launches and GTM strategies.
- Written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content development.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- 2 years of experience in e-commerce product marketing.
- Familiar with dashboard tools like Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight.
