About the role


We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our Product team and help scale how we plan, build, and deliver great products. In this role, you’ll strengthen and optimize the systems and processes that keep our product and platform teams running efficiently. 


You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure alignment and purpose across all initiatives. You’ll lead key programs that power our product organization, including planning cycles, feature flag management, and visibility reporting.


What you’ll do


  • Reimagine product workflows using AI-first systems to make processes faster, smarter, and more transparent across teams.
  • Drive product planning and release execution, tracking key deliverables and providing stakeholders with clear visibility into progress and results.
  • Turn data into action by using tools like Linear and Pendo to increase visibility, guide decisions, and improve customer outcomes.
  • Synthesize customer and field feedback, partnering with product and GTM leadership to shape roadmap priorities and deliver measurable customer value.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives from Demo Days to accessibility improvements, coordinating smoothly with global teams and making an impact at scale.

Who you are


  • 4–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles in a SaaS company.
  • Strong systems thinking skills and a passion for leveraging AI and building agent-based solutions to maximize efficiency and impact. 
  • Proven ability to run and improve cross-functional processes, from planning to launch.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging tools for product usage analysis (Pendo), issue tracking (Jira/Linear), and feature flag management.
  • Experience connecting customer insights and usage patterns to provide actionable recommendations that improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; you hold others accountable while building strong relationships.
  • Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

  • Experience building a scalable, automated reporting framework that centralizes team updates to provide end-to-end visibility into product development.
  • Understanding of how HR tech and developer tools products serve technical and business users.
