Product Software Engineer
Experience Range: 3 to 5.5 Years
Technical Skills:
• Backend Development: .NET Core, C#, WCF, RESTful APIs
• Frontend Development: Angular, WPF, HTML, CSS
• Database: SQL Server - writing optimized queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Cloud Technologies: Azure – including App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and DevOps pipelines, containerization
• DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with automated build and deployment pipelines
• Gen AI and Agentic AI - beginner level understanding
• Testing: Unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD)
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication
• Development of critical features for the CCH Axcess Client Collaboration powered by Expert AI solutions product, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to mentor junior developers
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Working under moderate supervision
• Developing, testing, debugging, and implementing moderately complex operating system components, software tools, and utilities under guidance of seniors.
• Making moderately complex modifications to existing software to meet specialized needs and configurations
• Maintaining program libraries and technical documentation.
