CATEGORY OR FUNCTION INTRODUCTION Supply Chain


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • To operate Factory unit with agreed performance standards


  • To achieve factory target like safety/quality/CPT/OR/OEE/MHPT etc


  •  To build safety culture in the factory


  •  To Build quality standards in the factory.


  •  To manage employee relations to ensure high engagement levels in the factory.


  •  Connect with central planner/QA manager/SUIT manager/ R&D manager to deliver required volume at lowest cost possible with keeping quality & safety in mind


  • To implement agreed SU indirect structures in unit.


  •  Manage the operations (manufacturing and maintenance) of the factory - including Raw and Pack material management


  • Manage and respond on factory service levels, efficiencies, quality compliance, OSHE compliance and cost compliance.


  • Lead Factory improvement programmes like manpower reduction/quality improvement/safety improvement & ensure GMP compliance.


  • Implement HR policies and procedures.


  • Support implementation of innovation within the factory and deliver to agreed ramp up plans.


  • Manage and improve deployment of resources, people budgets and assets, to comply with cost and financial.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s / B. Tech degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Production/ Instrumentation preferably female candidate.


EXPERIENCES 


  • 5 + years of experience in FMCG preferably Foods/Ice cream/Hot beverage


  • 2-3 years of experience are preferred with a healthy mix of diverse candidates
