Roles and responsibilities: • Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders. • Develop and review production plan with Managers for approval. • Estimate needs for raw materials and give timely inputs to procurement teams. • Oversee the production process, monitoring progress against schedules to ensure timely completion. • Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines. • Liaise with various departments, including logistics, procurement, production, and quality control, to ensure a seamless workflow. • Track production quantities, analyze data, and report KPIs • Support inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering. • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems. (SAP preferred). • Experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Kanban, or similar systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of medium voltage products – air insulated panels, circuit breakers, manufacturing processes, inventory management, and logistics.
