Provide career and program counseling to walk-in and inbound prospects, including students and parents.
Serve as the primary point of contact between prospective candidates and the organization.
Guide prospects in selecting the most suitable program based on their goals and assist them through the registration and enrollment process.
Conduct timely follow-ups with visited and interested prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Drive individual sales performance by consistently achieving assigned revenue and enrollment targets.
Support walk-in generation through outbound calling and lead follow-up activities.
Ensure adherence to front-office processes, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
Contribute toward meeting center-level targets aligned with overall organizational objectives.
Skills Required Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive conversions and close enrollments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and effective time management.
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with customers at different levels.
Ability to engage and secure commitment across multiple communication channels (telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions).
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain credibility.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and tracking sales activities.
