Job description

The External Merchant Payments Acceptance team is looking for a dynamic Program Manager responsible for driving short and long-term strategic projects to effectively manage merchant experience across processes such as onboarding, engagement, support, etc by closely coordinating with business leaders. The role will require quickly learning operations to grasp the big picture in order to develop metrics, strategies and processes. You will be working with a number of stakeholders including Operations, Business development, Analytics, Policy, Technology teams to correlate business and operational outcomes, unlocking operational constraints and identifying opportunity to streamline the processes. This role requires high level strategic thinking, effective communication and deep-dive analytical problem solving.
Key job responsibilities
- Own program, processes and mechanisms to improve efficiencies across merchant lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, support, etc.
- Partner with internal teams (product and business) to influence the roadmap for improving merchant experience including automation of the set processes.
- Manage processes at 3P partners for store registration, KYC collection
- Taking a hands-on approach to draft, implement and audit adoption of SOP across the assigned projects.
- Demonstrate discretion in prioritizing process improvement on scope and impact to align with overall business.
- Report on progress of multiple projects, providing regular updates to senior management including internal WBR reporting, financial and campaign performance reporting
- Implementing new dashboards for process improvements across sales and AM team
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
