What you’ll do:

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.




• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the timelines, budget & resource requirements.



• Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.



• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.



• Managing and working with a team with a diverse array of talents, responsibilities and global locations.



• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.



• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.



• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.



• Analyzing program risks and work along with the team to formulate the mitigation plan.



• Communicates effectively to internal & external stakeholders



• Digital Mindest - should be aware about digital tools & advanced reporting & planning systems in Program Management function



Qualifications:

Education level required- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering



Years and area of experience required - More than 8 years of experience



Technical knowledge - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Program Management



Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (SAPM or PMP) highly recommended.



High proficiency in planning & exceution of change management / product development cycle management, risk management, Cost/ budget management"



Soft skills -Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.



Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently.



Demonstrated problem-solving ability and an innovative mind set.



Strategic planning ability and strong organizational skills."
