Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and facilitate project meetings. - Develop project plans and timelines. - Monitor and report on project progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM, Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST). - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
