Summary: The Delivery Unit Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of multiple IT programs and projects across a portfolio of clients/accounts. This role ensures high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery, while also driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, team development, and revenue/margin growth. The DU Lead acts as a senior point of escalation and ensures alignment of delivery with business objectives. Tenured Supply chain project execution experience Roles & Responsibilities: - Strategic Delivery Leadership • Own the delivery of large-scale, complex transformation programs across the portfolio. • Translate client objectives into scalable, outcome-driven delivery models. • Ensure delivery predictability, quality, and compliance with enterprise standards. - Client Partnership & Value Creation • Serve as a senior point of contact for CXO stakeholders, building trust through transparency and reliability. • Proactively identify and address delivery challenges while uncovering growth opportunities. • Drive measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement for clients. - P&L and Operational Ownership • Own delivery unit financials, ensuring revenue targets, margins, and cost structures are met. • Optimize resource utilization, forecasting, and pricing strategies to enhance profitability. • Manage commercial constructs, including contracts, SLAs, and change requests. - Talent and Leadership Development • Lead a high-performing team of delivery managers, architects, and domain experts. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. • Champion talent development, succession planning, and capability building. - Growth Enablement & Transformation • Collaborate with account and industry teams to shape and win new business opportunities. • Drive digital and automation initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and client value. • Partner with COEs and innovation teams to embed best-in-class practices and emerging technologies. - Leadership Competencies: • Client Centricity: Trusted advisor with deep understanding of client business models. • Financial Acumen: Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and driving profitability. • Execution Excellence: Strong track record of delivery assurance in high-complexity environments. • Influence & Communication: Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strategic Agility: Ability to pivot quickly and align delivery execution with evolving client priorities.
