Programme Coordinator Location: Hyderabad Salary: 6–10 Lakhs Basis: Permanent; full-time, part-time, or flexible Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in India The role The Programme Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the growth and delivery of computing and digital making programmes and partnerships in co-curricular and after-school settings in India.
The programmes include: Code Clubs — Code Club is a global movement of free coding clubs where young people aged 9-16 years old develop the skills and confidence to create with digital technologies.
Coolest Projects — supporting creators to enter Coolest Projects, the world’s leading technology showcase for young people.
Responsibilities Coordinate Code Club growth in India through outreach, partnerships and conducting study tours in collaboration with project leads.
Support existing Code Club partners and mentors to deliver clubs outcomes through organising and facilitating support sessions and club observation and feedback.
Deliver onboarding plans for new Code Clubs and partners, ensuring partners understand our agreements including safeguarding and branding requirements.
Deliver training sessions for partners and educators.
Support the planning, implementation, and growth of non-formal learning initiatives in India, including expansion to Atal Tinkering Labs and participation in Coolest Projects.
Support monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities in alignment with the established framework, including travel to programme locations as required.
