Role Description

Cloud Adoption team is seeking a Project & Change Specialist directly supporting the Corporate Bank’s Cloud Tribe to help plan and execute activities to achieve organization’s multi-year business goals for Google Cloud Migration Program (Cirrus). YOU will have a collaborative mind-set and enjoy partnering closely with the CIO Domain application leads, the Central Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) Cirrus program, and the CB business contacts to align, drive and support the strategic cloud agenda. You will support the development of our cloud adoption related community of practice needs and encourage continuous improvement in Agile delivery practices. Your key responsibilities

• Represent Cloud Tribe and contribute at various governance forums
• Manage E2E Jira workflow including maintaining application migration hygiene.
• Track and manage RAID tickets
• Update Confluence pages to maintain accuracy of data / status
• Create re-usable artefacts that can be published to a wider audience, e.g. Jira best practices, Cloud Onboarding tips and tricks etc.
• Contribute towards Cloud community MS Teams channel by posting updates/ announcements, moderating queries etc.
• Cloud FinOps related tasks including tracking and analyse monthly GCP dbLooker actual spend data to discover new trends
• Planning, tracking, and leadership reporting related strategic tasks
• External vendor management related tasks

• Cross-Function team leadership capabilities
• Demonstrated business process improvement
• Innovation to create effective governance structures
• Strong understanding of the Agile delivery framework
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Tableau
• Basic Cloud knowledge preferred
