Job Description
- Monitor progress of work for Engineering, Process, Procurement and Construction versus the schedule and coordinate between these groups within assigned sub-area
- Review of key discipline deliverables at the appropriate stage (eg. Major equipment, package equipment and major bulk material requisitions) for scope compliance
- Highlight and facilitate resolution for schedule issues relating to all disciplines within the sub-area
- Prepare scope, gather man-hour, schedule impact and other technical input and prepare justification for change flags raised by all disciplines
- Co-ordinate and control transfer of Engineering data and scope to IEC assuring the quality of data transmitted (e.g. Blue beam mark-ups)
- Prepare Project Engineering deliverables in an efficient manner and sign as originator
- Population of line list, equipment list, SP items list, tie-in list and interface databases. Prepare these documents for issue
- Coordinate, mark-up and prepare P&IDs for issue
- Request Bluebeam / CAD symbol creation outside standard library as required
- Attend HAZOP, HAZID and SIL reviews for sub-area and assist Design Safety Engineer in coordinating these reviews
- Expedite closure of all actions arising from all design verification activities
- Attend area engineering meetings
- Graduate in Engineering (Essential) [Chemical / Mechanical preferred]
- Post Graduate in Engineering (Desirable)
- Ability to check engineering deliverables in a multi-discipline task force based engineering environment (Essential)
- Experience in FEED and EPC engineering execution including Field Engineering in Project execution (Desirable)
