Manage electrical projects from conceptualization to completion, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
· Oversee on-site electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities and handing over to client [ LT Panels, MV Panel, Transformers, Earthing system & LPS etc.]
· Coordinate effectively with Site engineers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
· Ensure all designs and installations strictly adhere to relevant local, national (e.g., NEC/BECOM, CEIG norms etc.), and international electrical codes, safety standards, and quality specifications.
· Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to meet standard Quality of work at site.
· Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality electrical projects.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in using electrical design software (AutoCAD).
· Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety standard at site.
· Implementing strict HSE protocols, conducting risk assessments.
· Performing site audits and ensuring proper usage of PPE.
Graduation in Electrical Engineering.
6 to 8 years of experience in Electrical Construction Industry.
