Role description: The Program Reporting Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive reporting strategies for Capital Projects within the Centre of Excellence (COE) team.
This role ensures the accuracy, relevance, and timely delivery of program performance reports, dashboards, and executive insights.
This role will be providing services on a variety of large programs being undertaken globally.
Accordingly, this role must be prepared to work hours appropriate to a global delivery model.
Role accountabilities: Reporting Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting framework aligned with COE objectives, establishing global standards and policies for data collection, validation, and best practices.
Executive Insights & Decision Support: Consolidate and deliver high-level executive reports, dashboards, and scorecards that provide senior management with actionable insights into program performance, trends, and risks.
Data Integrity & Management: Oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle by gathering information from various real estate projects and internal systems, ensuring the absolute accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reported data.
Strategic Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a central point of contact between project teams and senior leadership, ensuring the timely distribution of critical reports and fostering trust through transparent communication.
Cross-Functional Data Integration: Partner with Capital Management and Project Controls functions to identify evolving reporting requirements and integrate diverse data sources into a unified reporting ecosystem.
Continuous Process Optimization: Proactively identify and recommend enhancements to reporting tools and workflows to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and the adoption of digital dashboards across the organization.
Conflict Resolution & Compliance: Monitor reporting for non-compliances, clearly articulating issues to stakeholders and managing conflict resolution to ensure all reporting gaps are tracked through to closure.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related field as well as experience working within an investment bank or financial services industry strongly preferred .
Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in in supporting program or project management for strategic Real Estate projects (office fit-outs and experience in refurbishment projects in live trading and GC offices preferable).
Knowledge of real estate projects lifecycle.
Experience of creating reports tailored to the intended audience for alternative types of Real Estate projects.
Experience working in a global organization in a strategic role or Centre of Excellence (COE) or Project Management Office (PMO) (prior experience of working on Owner’s side is preferable).
